TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

1. Clicks
Clicks are measured according to Retail Internets definitions and according to data registered in Retail Internet´s database.

2. Leads
Leads are measured according to Retail Internets definitions and according to data registered in Retail Internet´s database. All leads will be reviewed by Retail Internet and our customers. Leads that are fake, test-leads, multiple sign-ups or similar, will be removed and not accounted for.

3. Payment
Advertising partner will receive settlement in accordance with member performance, including the number of clicks, sign-ups and purchases. This will vary in accordance with each campaign’s composition. All relevant information regarding the campaigns will be listed in Retail Internet´s partner-interface from where the advertisements and URL can be accessed. Calculation and payment of turnover is conditional upon Retail Internet having received payment from its Advertisers.

Retail Internet will register incoming payments from its advertisers at the end of every month. Thereafter, advertising partners´ actual revenue (as opposed to “expected revenue”) will be calculated and settlement will be communicated to advertising partner, 10 working days after calculation. Settlement will be paid according to advertising partners´ standard conditions.

4. Disclaimer
Under no circumstances can Retail Internet be held responsible for any accidental or false information from our customers according to prices, budgets, click-, or lead limits or other aspects concerning economy, performance-, or technical issues. Retail Internet will not compensate advertising partners for mistakes or misinformation of any kind on behalf of our customers/advertisers.

5. Non-disclosure
Advertising partner has access to campaign information and other information of interest in relation to the members which belong to Advertising partner through Retail Internet. This information is made available to Advertising partner in Retail Internet’s partner interface and is only for Advertising partner’s internal use. During the period of cooperation, Advertising partner is obliged to handle this information confidentially at all times. Advertising partner is NOT permitted to distribute or share this data with third parties in any way.

6. Rules regarding content
Retail Internet has the right to refuse an advertiser to promote campaigns provided by Retail Internets customers, based on Retail Internet 's Policy. As a general rule, exposure of Retail Internets campaigns with the following content is forbidden (the content is inconsistent with Retail Internet 's Corporate Policies):

Pornographic/erotic material
Material that in any way can be characterized as offending
Advertising for weapons or politics
Content that violates third party intellectual property rights
Content containing any illegal information
Exposure on sites and services related to Peer2peer services or any kind of spyware are strictly forbidden!
If Retail Internet rules for advertising is violated by advertising partner, partner will immediately be suspended from the campaign, and the clicks/leads will be not be counted for.

7. Jurisdiction and responsibility
Advertising partner is responsible of executing the campaigns from which they are given access to by Retail Internet, within the limits of national jurisdiction in the country where the advertising is executed. Retail Internet can not in any way be held responsible for Advertising partners violation of jurisdiction.

8. Advertising material
Advertising partner is not permitted to make changes in colors, logo´s, texts or the graphical advertising material in general. Ads can be resized within reasonable limits, as long as the proportions are kept intact. No cutting, stretching og skewing is allowed. If no changes are permitted it will be noted in PANS.
